We restored and reimagined a mid-19th-century Anglo-Italianate townhouse in Greenwich Village, recovering its historic character while adapting it for contemporary living. Undertaken in close collaboration with Fernando Santangelo Inc., the design preserves original details, reinstates period features, and introduces thoughtful updates that strengthen the relationship between house and garden.
